Six Steps From Concept to Completion
Every ADB project follows a structured, transparent process. Here’s exactly what to expect — and when to expect it.
Interior Design
We start with a visit to your property. This is a chance for us to see the space, understand the architecture, and — most importantly — hear from you. What do you love about it? What isn’t working? What would you do if money were no object?
We’ll give you an honest assessment of what’s achievable within your budget, a sense of the process ahead, and a clear outline of next steps. There’s no obligation at this stage.
Concept Design & 3D Renders
Once briefed, we develop the design concept — translating your brief into sketch layouts and, from there, into detailed 3D renders and visualisations. This is where your space begins to take shape on screen before it takes shape in reality.
You’ll see proposed layouts, material directions, colour palettes and key design features. We present the concept to you, walk you through our thinking, and refine it until it’s exactly right.
Technical Drawings & Specification
With the design approved, we move into technical detailing. This is where the creative becomes buildable. We produce detailed drawings for every custom element — joinery, cabinetry, structural works, glazing, and built-in features — alongside a full material and finish specification.
Nothing is left to interpretation on site. Every trade receives clear, accurate documentation so the build matches the design.
Material Sourcing & Procurement
We source every specified material and product through our approved supplier network — kitchens, flooring, tiles, glazing, paint, hardware, lighting and more. Our long-standing supplier relationships allow us to access trade pricing while maintaining the quality our clients expect.
We manage all ordering, lead times and delivery logistics, ensuring materials arrive on programme and to specification. Your time is not spent chasing suppliers — ours is.
Construction & Site Management
Our trusted contractors begin the build — co-ordinated, managed and overseen by ADB throughout. We visit site regularly, monitor quality against specification, and keep you informed at every stage with clear, straightforward updates.
We manage every trade — structural engineers, builders, kitchen fitters, glaziers, electricians, plumbers, tilers, decorators — so you don’t have to. One call to us handles everything.
Completion & Handover
The final stage is our favourite. Before we hand the space over to you, we conduct a thorough snagging review — walking every room, checking every detail, and addressing anything that doesn’t meet our standard.
When we sign off, we’re confident you’ll walk in and see exactly what was in those renders — and in many cases, something even better.
